Weight management is critical to maintaining overall health and wellness. With the increasing prevalence of overweight people and related health issues, finding effective and natural supplements has become essential. This blog delves into the weight management benefits of four promising supplements: CQR-300®, Eriomin®, Morosil, and Csat®+. I will also highlight scientific studies that support their efficacy.

CQR-300®

CQR-300® is a proprietary extract from the Cissus quadrangularis plant, recognized for its benefits in weight management. Research has explored this extract’s ability to promote weight management and enhance metabolic health. A recent study found it helps improve body weight and composition, increase GLP-1 levels, increase satiety, help maintain healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and enhance antioxidant protection.[i]

Eriomin®

Eriomin® is an extract from citrus flavonoids that has attracted interest for its role in managing blood sugar levels and aiding weight management. Its main active ingredient, eriocitrin, has shown promising effects on GLP-1 and blood sugar regulation. A clinical trial found that supplementation with Eriomin® resulted in decreased body weight, body mass index (BMI), and fasting blood glucose levels in overweight individuals.[ii] The study concluded that Eriomin® could be a valuable addition to weight management strategies.

Morosil

Morosil is an extract derived from Moro blood oranges (Citrus sinensis) juice, abundant in anthocyanins and flavonoids. These compounds are recognized for their antioxidant properties and potential advantages in weight management. Research has shown that Morosil acts on adipocyte metabolism and boosts the results of calorie restriction.[iii] Results from another study showed that those who consumed Morosil experienced a significant decrease in body weight, BMI, waist and hip circumference, and abdominal fat compared to the control group. This study emphasized Morosil’s capacity to boost lipid metabolism and diminish fat accumulation.[iv]

Csat+®

Csat+® is a unique carob blend that promotes appetite control and aids in weight management. Three primary mechanisms of action have been identified: appetite control, blood glucose management, and improved lipid metabolism. Research has shown that Csat+® supports blood sugar levels, reduces insulin resistance, and lowers total cholesterol.[v] Another study found that Csat+® enhanced body weight loss and increased adiponectin blood levels.

Incorporating natural supplements such as CQR-300®, Eriomin®, Morosil, and Csat+ into your weight management plan can benefit you significantly. Scientific research supports their potential to reduce body weight, improve metabolic health, and enhance overall wellness. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen. By harnessing the power of these natural extracts, you can take a proactive step towards achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.
